Me as a Counselor
My approach to therapy is a blend of faith based, person-centered, strengths-based approach. I believe that every person has unique strengths and abilities that they can draw upon to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
In each counseling session I will strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work together with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their individual needs and goals.
My goal as a counselor is to help my clients develop the skills and strategies they need to navigate life's challenges and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to improve your overall well-being.
Working with Leah has allowed me to find myself again. Her personality and style of counseling made me feel comfortable from day one. I definitely recommend her.
When I began seeing Leah I was at a low point in my life. Leah made me feel safe and heard and she didn't judge me for my past trauma. I am so thankful that I decided to start this healing journey with her.
Leah is absolutely amazing. She is a patient listener and very caring as a counselor. I highly recommend scheduling a session with her if you are need of some mental and emotional support. There is no way I could have gotten through this situation alone.
